Yimi China is a business consultancy holding a Chinese business-consulting licence, not a law firm. Anna does not act as your lawyer, and nothing we produce is legal advice. Her legal training is why our commercial advice is careful about detail and wording. It is not a service we sell.
Anna read economics in China and law in Australia, where she was admitted as a legal practitioner. Her work has centred on cross-border commercial contracts and commercial strategy for clients in Australia, China and other regions: how a deal should be structured, where the leverage sits in a negotiation, and how to resolve high-value contract disputes in the automotive, technology, finance and consumer-products sectors.
That experience is why Yimi China reads a deal for what it will mean once production starts: price and payment, performance and acceptance, exclusivity and term, and the places where the Chinese and English versions say different things.

Yimi China is the trading name of Wenzhou Yimi Information Consulting Co., Ltd., a business consultancy registered in Zhejiang Province. Our clients range from founder-led brands to established manufacturers and companies buying production equipment.
