Company Registration in China (WFOE), Coordinated

Registering a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) or any other company in China is a project, not a form. We run the process with the registration authority and the bank through to tax registration, so the company can invoice and be paid.

What we do

Structure selection

Vehicle, shareholding, registered capital and the business scope that covers everything you will invoice for. Getting the scope wrong means amending the registration later.

Document preparation

The company constitution, the resolutions, the appointment documents and the address materials, assembled, translated and checked before anything is lodged.

Process management

Name approval, registration, chops, and the sequence of filings, run to a schedule.

Bank & authority liaison

Corporate bank account and tax registration appointments prepared and attended, including the real-name steps for the legal representative that catch people out.

How it runs

  1. You fill in the form. The city, the scope, the shareholders and the capital, in the form below. Whatever is still undecided, we settle with you first.
  2. We register the company. Name approval, the documents, the business licence and the chops, run with the registration authority.
  3. Bank and tax. The corporate bank account opened and the tax registration completed, so the company can invoice and be paid.

Tell us about the company

Fill in what you have decided. Blanks are fine — they are what the first conversation is for.

No address yet is not a problem: we can arrange the lease alongside the registration.

Describe it plainly. We turn it into business scope wording the authority will accept.

We use these details to quote and to answer this enquiry, and the page and visit details the form adds to see which pages bring enquiries. We do not sell personal information. Please do not attach passport or identity-document images at this stage. Where you give us someone else's details, please make sure they know.

What happens next

  1. Enquire. Tell us the situation by email, the contact form, WhatsApp or WeCom.
  2. Proposal and agreement. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope, the deliverable, the timing and the fixed fee, together with our services agreement.
  3. Execute. We carry out the work and keep you updated.
  4. Deliver. We deliver the agreed result, to a professional standard.

Not sure you need a company at all?

Common questions

Do I even need a Chinese company?
Not always. If you only buy from or sell to China from abroad, you usually need no entity. You need a Chinese company when you must invoice customers in China in RMB with a fapiao, hire staff locally, hold a sector licence, or run a physical presence. Read Do you actually need a Chinese company? before you commit.
I will own and run it from abroad. Does that cause problems?
It has consequences worth settling before you register, for the company and for you personally: where the company is managed can affect where it is taxed, and your own days and role can affect your tax residency. See Tax-residency traps for remote founders.
Can a foreign investor register a company in China without visiting?
Most of it. The home-country documents are notarised and apostilled, translated and checked before anything is lodged, and the registration itself can be run on a power of attorney. The bank account and tax registration appointments include real-name steps for the legal representative. We confirm which of those steps need the legal representative in person before you commit.
