Trade Fair & Exhibition Representation

Exhibition representation is a Chinese-speaking presence at your stand, with your team or on your brief when you cannot travel: we introduce your business and interpret the conversations.

What we do at the event

Represent your business

We introduce your company and products in Chinese, at your stand and in the meetings you have arranged.

Interpret every conversation

Consecutive interpreting in both directions, including the context and side remarks a literal interpretation loses.

Negotiate on your brief

Commercial terms pressed with local context on what is usual and what is worth holding out for.

A written record

Who you met, what they asked, what was offered or agreed, and the follow-up list.

Read a field report from an exhibition we walked in Wenzhou on 10 September 2026. It is our own report, not a client engagement.

How it runs

  1. Brief. Your objectives for the event, your products and the meetings already booked, in the form below.
  2. At the event. We work with your team at the stand and in meetings, or represent you on your brief if you cannot travel.

Tell us about the event

Fill in what you know. Blanks are fine — they are what the first conversation is for.

We use these details to quote and to answer this enquiry, and the page and visit details the form adds to see which pages bring enquiries. We do not sell personal information. Please do not attach passport or identity-document images at this stage. Where you give us someone else's details, please make sure they know.

What happens next

  1. Enquire. Tell us the situation by email, the contact form, WhatsApp or WeCom.
  2. Proposal and agreement. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope, the deliverable, the timing and the fixed fee, together with our services agreement.
  3. Execute. We carry out the work and keep you updated.
  4. Deliver. We deliver the agreed result, to a professional standard.

If a stand conversation turns into a deal

Negotiation support puts us on your side of the table to negotiate the terms on your instructions.
