Using this site

What is in place

• Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a skip-to-content link first in the tab order.
• The moving parts (the photograph carousel, the menus, the contact panel) respect your reduced-motion setting.
• Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative background photographs are hidden from screen readers. Our own photographs carry visible captions.
• Forms use visible labels, and their status messages are announced to screen readers as they appear.
• The menu and every page of content work without JavaScript. The enquiry forms currently need it; the email address and WhatsApp link on the contact page do not.
• Body text is near-black on white, and nothing on the site blocks zooming, on a phone or a desktop.
• Headings follow the outline in order, with no levels skipped, so the page structure reads the same to a screen reader as it looks.

Known limits

• The consultation calendar is a third-party embed (Cal.com); its internals are outside our control. A plain booking link and an email route sit beside it on the contact page, so the embed is never the only path.

If any part of this site does not work with your equipment or settings, email info@yimichina.com and describe what happened and what you were using. Fixing it goes into the next release. If a page blocks you entirely, say what you needed from it and we will send the content by email.
