Business Agency & Filing Support

A surprising amount of cross-border business stalls on something small: a certified copy that must be collected in person, an archive search only available at a counter, a filing that went quiet three weeks ago and nobody has asked why.

What we do

Registry and archive searches

Your own company’s registry record, filing history and change records, including archive material only available at a counter.

Certified copies

Official copies obtained from the issuing authority, in the form notarisation and the apostille will accept.

Lodging and collecting

Documents submitted and collected where the authority permits an agent, with the receipt and reference number recorded.

Counter enquiries

A real question asked of a real official, and the answer written down, including who said it and when.

Chasing stalled filings

Following up a filing that has gone quiet, finding out why, and telling you what it will take to move it.

Written record

Every errand comes back as a short written report: what was done, what was obtained, what it cost, what is outstanding.

How it runs

  1. Tell us the errand. What you need and what it is for, in the form below. We confirm whether it can be done by an agent at all, and what authorisation is required.
  2. Execution. We attend the counter and obtain or lodge what you need.

Tell us about the errand

Fill in what you know. Blanks are fine — they are what the first conversation is for.

We use these details to quote and to answer this enquiry, and the page and visit details the form adds to see which pages bring enquiries. We do not sell personal information. Please do not attach passport or identity-document images at this stage. Where you give us someone else's details, please make sure they know.

What happens next

  1. Enquire. Tell us the situation by email, the contact form, WhatsApp or WeCom.
  2. Proposal and agreement. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope, the deliverable, the timing and the fixed fee, together with our services agreement.
  3. Execute. We carry out the work and keep you updated.
  4. Deliver. We deliver the agreed result, to a professional standard.

Does the document have to cross a border?

Notarisation, the apostille and certified translation get a Chinese document recognised abroad, or a foreign one accepted in China.
